| What is ESL Packaging System |
| ESL packaging means Extended shelf life of milk up to 15 days when stored, transported and distributed at temperatures below 7° C. In this process the Milk is pasteurized at temperature of 95° to 125° C and cooled to about 4° C and directly fed to a Filpack ESL Packing Machine. This ensures the 15 days shelf life of milk at temperatures below 7° C. |
