Mr. S.V.Joshi (Chairman)
Nichrome was built from scratch to a leading packaging machinery manufacturer by visionary entrepreneurship of Mr. S. V. Joshi,Chairman of the company.

Mr. S.V.Joshi, now at the age of 70 is a solid pillar that all the Nichromians look up to. He has penned down an inspiring book in Marathi on his corporate journey called “Mazi Corporate Yatra”.

He has been the president of Indo American chamber of commerce-Pune chapter, and also the Chairman of Quality Circle –Pune chapter. He is also actively engaged in the Social organizations such as the Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust and the Swa-Roop Vardhini. Mr. Joshi, being a scout all his life, is currently the President of the Old Scout Association.

Mr. Harish. P. Joshi (Managing Director)
Mr. Harish P. Joshi, Managing Director is a Mechanical Engineer from College of Engineering, Pune(1985 batch) & has done his General Management Education Programme from IIM, Ahmedabad in 1986-87.

Mr. Harish Joshi was involved in a start-up at Jebel Ali,Dubai & went on to head the company making it the biggest manufacturer of plastic packaging for food & beverage industry in the Middle East from 1989 to 1997 before joining Nichrome. He also has a successful turnaround of a Metal Drum manufacturing company in Sharjah,UAE , for Lube oil industry of the same group in the Middle East to his credit .

He is a great believer in team building & has created a committed, passionate young team. Nichrome is now poised to become a global player and achieve greater heights under the young, dynamic, passionate & professional leadership of Mr. Harish Joshi

He is the founder member and current President of IPMMI (Institute of packaging machinery manufacturers of India) a nodal association representing interests of packing machinery manufacturers of India.

Mr. Vaibhav Modak (President Marketing) is young, energetic man who leads the Marketing team of like minded Nichromians. He is a Mechanical Engineer from C.O.E.P with a degree in Business Management and post graduation in International Trade from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT, Delhi). He has gained a wide experience in Marketing while working with a large business house where he was instrumental in doubling the exports. He has traveled all over the world and is abreast with the modern trends and technology in Packaging.

He is 39 yrs of age and with Nichrome from the year 2000.
As President Marketing, Vaibhav leads the very experienced Sales & Marketing Team. Vaibhav also leads a team of Market/Product Development.

Mr. Nitin Mane (President-Operations) is a graduate in mechanical engineer with post graduate diploma in business management. He has a 20 year's experience in engineering & process industries with various MNCs & exposure to different industries all around the world.

He excels in using good & advance management tool's like Lean manufacturing system, ISO/QS , TPM, Muda elimination and ERP systems.
As the President (Operations) he leads the operation’s team with a firm belief in good manufacturing practices such as quality, cost efficiency, on time delivery & safety. He has introduced the Line manufacturing concept. He is 45 years of age and is with Nichrome since 2005.
