Film Pulling System<\/strong>: This system consists of an\nunwinding roller and tensioner. Using servo motors and the tensioner, the film is firmly and\nprecisely unwound and pulled into the system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pouch Former<\/strong>: After printing, the film moves to bag\nforming. The process overlaps the edges of the film to shape a pouch. Vertical\nand bottom sealing is done by sealing jaws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Filling & Sealing Machine<\/strong>: Filling is\naccomplished by connecting the bagging machine to multi-head scale or other\nfilling machine, such as an auger or volumetric filler. Those two machines are\nsynced electronically, so that as soon as the bag is ready, the product is\ndropped in automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the product has dropped into the bag, the top is sealed.\nThe sealing jaws press the 2 parts of the overlapping material and weld them,\noften with heating, to create a side or centre seal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pouch Cut<\/strong>: The filled and sealed bag is cut away. That\ntop seal on the first bag becomes the bottom of the next bag, and the process\nrepeats. The cut pouch falls to a collection system, typically a belt conveyor\nthat brings the pouch to the next packaging step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Control Cabinet<\/strong>: On the side of the vertical form\nfill seal machine, is a control cabinet. It contains all the electrical parts\ninside.
