Easyfill Servo Auger
For food filling of powders such as spices, atta (flour products), milk powder, nutraceuticals, coffee powder, premixes, instant mixes, even agro chemicals and pesticides, Nichrome’s Easy fill Servo Auger provides accuracy, speed and efficient performance.
The auger is available in different finishes as per customer’s requirement. Choose from buffing, Teflon-coating or Nedox coating.
Hygienic construction and operation are the hallmarks of this filling system. Contact parts are made of SS-304 or SS-316 depending on the product to be filled, and the gaskets are of PTFE or food-grade silicon rubber. The split hopper facilitates easy cleaning and reduces downtime. The auger comes with buffing, Teflon coating or Nedox coating as per the customer’s requirement.
